Scoring
Each of the sixty diagnostic statements is scored on a 1–5 agreement scale. Pillar scores are computed as the mean response across the twelve statements in that pillar, normalised to a 0–100 index.
Your overall Growth Readiness Index is the mean of the five pillar scores. In Version 1, pillars are weighted equally. Future versions will introduce dynamic weighting by industry and growth stage.
Readiness levels
0–20
Reactive
The organisation is responding to growth pressures rather than anticipating them. Core people infrastructure requires urgent investment.
21–40
Emerging
Foundational systems exist but are inconsistent. Growth is possible but will expose material weaknesses across the AIDRA pillars.
41–60
Progressing
A workable baseline for growth is in place. Targeted investment across two or three pillars will unlock meaningfully greater capacity.
61–80
Scale Ready
The organisation has the structural capability to support sustained growth. Focus should shift from fixing gaps to compounding strengths.
81–100
Growth Optimised
Top-quartile organisational capability. The infrastructure is a competitive advantage and should be defended as growth accelerates.
