Terms of Use.

The Maverick GRI is currently in private beta. Access is by invitation only, using a code provided to selected participants. By entering the access code and creating an account you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please don't share your access code with anyone we haven't invited.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith, and specifically not to:

• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
• Upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes anyone's rights

Your responses, scores and generated reports belong to you. We use them to produce your Growth Readiness Index, to operate and improve the platform, and — where you've explicitly opted in — to send you marketing communications. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

The AIDRA framework, the Growth Readiness Index methodology, the platform, and all associated content are the intellectual property of The Maverick Group. Your individual report is licensed to you for your own internal business use.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" beta basis. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. The GRI is a diagnostic tool intended to support strategic thinking — it is not professional, legal or financial advice and should not be relied upon as such.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Maverick Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the beta platform.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend access if these terms are breached, or when the beta ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
